HOUSE RULES

1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Residents may not use, possess, or be under the influence of drugs, or alcohol, including marijuana and related products, at any time. House Residents will be required to take a urine test 1x upon arrival at the home. Further testing is once a month for 6 months. Any additional testing is at the discretion of Life Recovery Homes LLC if any use is suspected. Tobacco use is ONLY allowed in designated areas outside, and never in the homes.

2. Curfew: Residents must adhere to a 6:00 PM curfew for the first 30 days unless working and cleared by the house manager and Co-Founders in writing. After 30 days, the curfew is extended to 10:00 PM Monday-Friday. No overnight or off-site visits are allowed until after 60 days and must be approved by the House Manager or Co-Founders. The weekend curfew is extended to 11:00 PM if a written request is submitted at least 48 hours in advance and approved. Approval is contingent on being in good financial standing and demonstrating integrity within the house.

3. Guests: To have guests on the property, you must submit a written request a minimum of 48 hours beforehand. This request must also be approved by the house manager and Co-Founders. Visits will be on Sundays from 1:00-5:00 PM. Not all requests will be approved.

4. No Pets: Residents are not permitted pets in the house. This includes Service animals.

5. Mandatory Church Attendance: Residents must attend church services weekly unless working or otherwise authorized by the house manager.

6. Recovery Meetings: Residents must participate in recovery-based meetings, either hosted in-house or through a third-party organization, regularly.

7. House Cleanliness: Residents are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy. This includes the upkeep of the front and back yards using provided on-site tools.

8. Chores: Residents must complete weekly assigned chores. The chore list will be posted in the common area and or kitchen.

9. Respectful Conduct: Residents must respectfully conduct themselves at all times, avoiding any form of violence, theft, harassment, or sexual misconduct.

10. Financial Responsibility: Residents must pay their agreed-upon resident fees including the non-refundable move-in deposit amount outlined in the signed resident agreement. This includes providing their food.

11. Quiet Hours: Residents must respect quiet hours by not playing loud music at any time to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Music played outside must be at a low volume to respect our residents and neighbors. Only Christian music and radio are allowed to be played in the home without headphones. No music is to be played without headphones in the house past 9:00 PM.

12. Employment: Residents must submit a minimum of 5 applications per day, and have proof of employment within 2 weeks and hire date within 30 days of signing the Resident Agreement unless otherwise authorized by the co-founders of Life Recovery Homes LLC. Failure to do so will terminate the Resident agreement.

13. House meetings: Residents must attend mandatory weekly house meetings on Sunday at 4:30 PM. with the house manager and Co-founders. The only exceptions are work, church service, or approved visits (visits must be held in the backyard for the duration of the meeting). All of these exceptions need to be cleared and approved a minimum of 48 hours with the house manager before the meeting. You are responsible for making up the meeting one-on-one with the house manager no later than 72 hours after the scheduled meeting unless otherwise vetoed by the Co-founders.

14. No Weapons Policy: For the safety and well-being of all residents, no weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises. This includes but is not limited to, firearms, knives, explosives, and any other objects that can be used as weapons. Violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including Termination of the signed resident agreement. Residents are required to report any observed violations to the house manager or appropriate authority immediately.

*Residents must adhere to these rules outlined in the Residential Agreement. Violation of any of the aforementioned rules may lead to immediate termination of the agreement and residency at Life Recovery Homes LLC or any of its subsidiaries.

By signing below, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned here, Policies & Procedures, and House Rules for Life Recovery Homes LLC. All rules and regulations are subject to change at the discretion of the President and Vice President. All terms of this agreement are on a month-to-month basis and all residents are required to provide a written and verbal 30 day notice prior leaving, and must fulfill all financial obligations mentioned in this agreement.

**Any violation of rules and agreements automatically terminates this agreement and the Resident agrees to vacate the property immediately.
